This is your site! and it is whatever you want it to be, your subconscious has created this site and it's creator because it has simply had enough of not letting you live life to the full.

I have an alias and that alias is Alski, All you need to know about me is that I suffered from what modern day intellects refer to as "Severe Anxiety" and "Post Traumatic Stress Disorder" at one point it had taken over my entire conscious being and inhibited my very enjoyment of life. I was full of fear and scared to do the most common of things. I was scared to perform everyday tasks, and did nothing but concentrate on my physical well being when I should have been living my teenage years. As far as I am concerned people who suffer from these symptoms are overlooked by society because they are "Physically" ok.

I want to reassure you that it will be OK!
You will feel at ease knowing that you are NOT ALONE anymore!

Once you have looked through this site start implementing the techniques you feel suitable in your everyday life. In time you will notice a general reprogramming of your mind. and I assure you that one day in the not too distant future you will start to appreciate and love life more and more with each passing day. I know you have enough energy to give it one more try, forget all the people that have let you down before. Think of this as a factory reset for your mind.
